Festivus Games have come and gone! Part of me is sad, and part of me is so tired I can’t think straight. I wonder how all of the competitors feel. You have to feel proud of all the work you did! I’m super proud of all of you! After a week or so we can start looking forward to doing it again in April! Ya think? Until then we can sign up for the Everyday Warrior in November to support CrossFitters who are currently battling cancer. Look for the cards in the gym and sign up to show them your support.
MONDAY 10-19-15 "Name Your WOD" Write out your name, count the letters and make sure there are 15 letters. If you need to add letters or subtract letters to make 15, do that. Then see list on the board to see what "your" workout will be. Do it for time!
