More outside WODs that hopefully the weather will cooperate with our plans. Just in case, we can adapt and change on the fly. Some of these look like fun, but that is sometimes a bad sign. The ones that look OK on the board can turn ugly and bite you!

then:
EMOM in 12:00
Odd minutes:

9 Squats
Even minutes:
Max Reps Double Unders

TUESDAY 10-17-23
2 Rounds for time:
100' DBx2 Walking Lunges (farmer's carry position)
400 meter Run
10 Wall Walks
500 meter Row

WEDNESDAY 10-18-23
5 Rounds for time:
400 meter Run 
20 Pistols

THURSDAY 10-19-23
Strength WOD: Shoulder Press (3x5)
then:
AMRAP in 1:00 for 7:00
6 Burpee Box Jumps at beginning of each minute
Max Reps Jumping Pull-ups

FRIDAY 10-20-23
For time:
400 meter Walking Lunges
(450 Steps inside option)

SATURDAY 10-21-23
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
