We have a variety of WODs this week from several sources. One is from one of our own, Jen. She was on vacation on her birthday but that doesn’t keep us from waiting ’til she gets back to celebrate! Some of the others are adapted WODs from the Festivus Games. Even if you have sampled a few of them it isn’t too late to sign up for the competition. TUESDAY 10-12-21 Strength WOD: Power Clean (5x3) then: For time: 27 Front Squats 9 Bar Facing Burpees 21 Front Squats 7 Bar Facing Burpees 15 Front Squats 5 Bar Facing Burpees 9 Front Squats 3 Bar Facing Burpees 3 Front Squats 1 Bar Facing Burpee WEDNESDAY 10-13-21 3-5:00 rounds of: 200 meter DB Farmers Carry then: AMRAP in remaining time: 10 Deficit Push-ups (hands on DB) 10 DB Squats Rest 2:00 THURSDAY 10-14-21 Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5) then: "Jen's Birthday WOD (10-7-83) 5 Rounds for time: 10 Back Squats* 7 Deadlifts 38 Calorie Row * Two bars will be needed for this wod. You will have weights on each of these barbell movements that are going to be too heavy to clean.
