While checking out WODs to include for this week, I saw some repeats of WODs we have just done, with a small difference. Although there is not a problem with repeating a WOD recently done, I thought it might be better to do some “Hero” WODs. Not all “Hero” WODs are so terrible that it feels like you can’t finish them or need to scale so much that they might not be recognizable as “Hero” WODs anymore. There are 1,051 verified “Hero” WODs. These don’t include WODs done in honor of someone like Landon, or our own birthday WODs that we do to honor our friends. So our list this week might look scary with all the formal titles, but they should all be doable for all of us.
