WODs for the week 10-10-16 to 10-15-16
Has everyone qualified (30 and over) signed up for the Masters Tour of the Garage Gyms? I signed up today! The competition is in Bloomington, Illinois on Saturday, November 19. It is one day only and three wods, which this week we will have done each of them. You can practice them again before November in order to do your best at the competition.
