We seem to be caught up on birthday wods for the moment. I happen to know there is one more coming up next week. Don’t forget to let me know your birthday is coming up if you want everyone to celebrate with you. I think it is really fun to see and participate in what other people think is fun. I might never choose some of those movements, but they probably wouldn’t choose my favorites either. That keeps us constantly varied!

This is the season for 5K’s. The weather is usually good and there are options to run almost every weekend. If you miss out on any of these events, we can do a 5K during the week anytime you request. Otherwise, back to our regular wods and strength wods.
