WODs for the week 1-29-24 to 2-3-24
I am excited about the weather this week. It’s not going to be below zero, or raining every day. So I have chosen one day for running outside. I know you’ll be excited about that! We shouldn’t get too hopeful about spring weather yet though. February has been the month for some of the worst ice storms we have had.
MONDAY 1-29-24 Strength WOD: Back Squat (3x5) then: "Amanda" For time: 9-7-5 Ring Muscle-ups Squat Snatches (135,95) * scale to low ring transitions and (45,35) Power Snatch and OH Squat TUESDAY 1-30-24 "3:00 Angie" For reps: 3:00 Pull-ups 3:00 Push-ups 3:00 Sit-ups 3:00 Squats WEDNESDAY 1-31-24 For time: 60 Toes-2-Bar * Start with 5 Burpees and do 5 Burpees every minute on the minute THURSDAY 2-1-24 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press (3x5) then: "13.2" AMRAP in 10:00 5 Shoulder-2-Overhead (115,75)/(65,45) 10 Deadlifts 15 Box Jumps (24,20) FRIDAY 2-2-24 For time: 12 Squat Clean Thrusters (95,65) 400 meter Run 9 Squat Clean Thrusters 400 meter Run 6 Squat Clean Thrusters 400 meter Run SATURDAY 2-3-24 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
