You are all familiar with some of the creative WODs Nathan has come up with over the years. Well, now it seems he is getting more help. Saturday is becoming the day to come in and “see if we can do this”. Then I say, looks fun! If you have something you would like to see us do, let me know. Or you can tell Nathan and he can help you make it even more creative if you want. We have a fun looking one this week to try out. Enjoy!I also want to mention a few housekeeping items. We all sometimes forget to put our equipment away once in a while, but it has gotten more widespread lately. Don’t forget about jump ropes, knee sleeves and wrist wraps that may be yours or borrowed ones. And I already feel bad about all the water bottles we use once and recycle. It makes it even worse when you leave a water bottle that you have only taken one drink out of and left behind. I use the water to water my plant in the office, but it doesn’t need 5-6 bottles a week. Make a mark on the lid so you know which bottle is yours and take it with you, or put it back in the fridge with your initials on it. You can use it again. Thanks.
