We have started the new year in a good way. We are doing different strength wods and trying some 1 rep max efforts. I will be updating the boards soon for all those new records!

We are open on Monday, but many of you might have a holiday. Make sure to adjust your holiday schedule and your gym schedule so you might be able to sleep in and get a workout in. Both are good.

WEDNESDAY 1-20-21
"300 Tabata"
For reps:*
20 seconds Pull-ups
10 seconds Rest
20 seconds Push-ups
10 seconds Rest
20 seconds Sit-ups
10 seconds Rest
20 seconds Squats
10 seconds Rest
* Count reps on all movements together and keep cycling through the movements until you reach 300 reps.

THURSDAY 1-21-21
