odd minutes: 3 Squat Cleans (heavy)
even minutes: 10/8 calories on Bike

WEDNESDAY 1-18-23
5 Rounds for time:
5 Broad Jumps
10 Pistols
15 Burpees
20 Sit-ups

THURSDAY 1-19-23
Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5)
then:
3 Rounds for time: 
10 Ring Dips
15 Hang Power Cleans
500 meter Row

FRIDAY 1-20-23
3 Rounds for time:
20 Front Squats(95,65)
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

SATURDAY 1-21-23
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
