WODs for the week 1-15-18 to 1-20-18
As I am posting this the snow is beginning to fall. Where the roads were clear it isn’t very slick. Where they were not clear, in my neighborhood, I had a lot of trouble getting up my little hill! I don’t expect much snow, but let me know if you are not going to try and get out. I’ll be there if I can for any class that can make it.
Meanwhile I posted earlier a link on our Facebook page that will get you to the sign up for the Open. We wll be doing the workouts anyway. You might as well sign up so you can see how much progress you made from last year or will make by next year. To those of you that I have asked to be Judges this year, or anyone else who wants to Judge, the online course should be available soon. The link should be at: https://oc.crossfit.com/ You must take the 2018 course and I haven’t found that one yet, so I’m not sure if it has been released or if it’s just me.
