For time:
10- 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1   Push-ups
20-18-16-14-12-10- 8 – 6 – 4 – 2   V-ups
30-27-24-21-18-15-12- 9 – 6 – 3   Air Squats

Figure out how to count so you don’t get mixed up. I would count to 10
once for Push-ups, twice for V-ups and three times for Squats. You do
what works for you!
