The Open is done for this year, for most of us! For anyone who is waiting to do it on Monday, you’re almost done! Good job to everyone who competed, and to those who weren’t signed up to officially compete but did all the wods anyway! Now we all have a list of things we need to be better at by next year! Make a real list and refer to it often. Then you will know where you are now, where you want to be and can measure the progress in getting there. Let’s rest for a week and “hop to it” right after Easter.

Speaking of Easter, I didn’t make a special wod this year. We can count the Double Unders on Friday as a special “bunny happiness” wod.

5 Toes to Bar

FRIDAY 4-3-15
3 Rounds for time:
20 Dumbbell Snatch (50, 40)
50 Double Unders
(Think, pick up eggs and hop like a bunny!)

SATURDAY 4-4-15
Open Gym from 8-10 am
Yoga from 10-11 am
