Our anniversary dinner is on Friday, March 6 at 7:00 pm at Wings Etc. in Jackson. Please make sure you have signed the list on the board at the gym, so we can plan the food accordingly!

I’m so proud of everyone that is competing in the Open. It has been fun to judge, compete and cheer for fellow athletes! We have a great team, no matter where we finish in this competition! Another one this week, 15.2. I’ve saved Friday to do whatever it is. You can try it out several times to get the best score. If you want one more try to improve your score you may choose to re-do the Open wod again instead of Monday’s wod. Just remember to submit your best score before Monday at 7 pm our time.
