This is the last full week of 2014. But it is not exactly a full week in the gym. There will be classes only in the morning on Christmas Eve and no classes at all on Christmas Day. The same will be true for next week when there will be morning classes only on New Year’s Eve, and no classes at all on New Year’s Day.

At the Christmas party we made up new movements for the 12 Days of Christmas. They sort of go along with the days of the song. You can enjoy them all on Tuesday! It should be lots of fun!
