Good News! Kelly Hughes will be at our gym, Nearly Perfect CrossFit, on Saturday, November 1st, at 10:00am to teach yoga! She will still have classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm that we are welcome to attend as well. These classes are in Jackson and Gordonville.

In preparation for those yoga classes, that will be held in the bay, we are going to have two “Pride in our Gym” wods! These will be good workouts for all of us as well as a huge help to me!

MONDAY 10-27-14
“Pride in our Gym” #1
3 Rounds for time:
Two person teams, lift together 3 black mats from the bay (1 at a time) and carry outside to the driveway on the side of the building.
15 Burpees-each person
200 meter Run-each person

TUESDAY 10-28-14
With a continuously running clock, complete:
5 Thrusters (75, 55) in 1st 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (95, 65) in 2nd 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (115, 75) in 3rd 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (135, 85) in 4th 5 minutes
5 Thrusters (155, 95) in 5th 5 minutes
for as long as possible*
*5 minute “Death by”

WEDNESDAY 10-29-14
For time:
400 meter Run
50 Pull-ups
400 meter Run
50 Push-ups
400 meter Run
50 Sit-ups
400 meter Run
50 Squats

THURSDAY 10-30-14

Two person teams, lift together 3 black mats from the driveway and place neatly in the bay.

20 Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)
20 Overhead Walking Lunges with Med Ball (20, 14)
20 V-sits, side to side Med Ball touches (20, 14)
20 KB Swings (53, 35)
20 Double Unders

SATURDAY 11-1-14
Open Gym from 8 to 10 am
Yoga from 10 to 11 am
