The weather is starting to get warm, so I am watching the weather carefully to schedule our 5K run. Don’t panic yet, it’s not this week! This week and next will be regular WODs, because there are so many days of rain already forecast. But get ready for it sometime before it gets too hot.

200 meter Run
20 Alternating Pistols

THURSDAY 5-2-24
Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5)
then:
AMRAP in 16:00
10 Burpees
2 Rope Climbs

FRIDAY 5-3-24
3 Rounds for time:
20 Toes-2-Bar
6 Wall Walks

SATURDAY 5-4-24
Open Gym at 8am and 9am
