We only have 4 WODs to post this week because the Open WOD 24.1 will be the workout for Friday. As always you will do the WOD on Friday whether you have signed up to compete in the Open or not. If you can’t do Rx, you should be able to do scaled. If there are specific injuries that don’t allow you to do either we will also, as always, make a way for you to play! If you don’t like the score you get on Friday, you are welcome to repeat the WOD on Saturday and/or on Monday. Your scores have to be posted on the games website by 7pm on Monday. I like to post as early as possible and take a screen shot of my standings before all the others post their results that are better than mine.

21 Burpees (Leap) to 6" target above standing reach
