WODs for the week 2-19-24 to 2-24-24
All of the WODs on the main site are trying to prepare us for the Open. There are a lot of people that try to figure out what those WODs will be each week, but I think that is a waste of time. They will be whatever they are. And we will be able to do them, if not Rx, then scaled. That’s the whole point of having a competition that everyone can participate in. Let’s do this! It will be fun!
