This is the second to last week of the year, and there is so much to pack into it! It will officially start with our Christmas Party on the 17th at 4pm. We will eat, play games, and laugh together as we celebrate being together. I think it’s funny that people who have come to the gym for years don’t know some of the other people who have also been coming for years. This is a good time to meet the morning and evening people all at once. And after we have played our song charades, we will do our 12 Days of Christmas WOD. (On Tuesday, not at the party)

We will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day, both on Mondays. But the rest of the schedule will be the same as always. You do realise the the last day of this year will be 12-31-23…(123-123)! Unfortunately it is also on Sunday. Before that day expect some kind of a “counting WOD”.
