WODs for the week 4-3-23 to 4-8-23
Remember when I said we had some birthdays coming up? Well, I almost missed this one. I found Pat’s suggestions for her birthday WOD in the bottom of my purse. So, we will do that this week before I lose it again. Happy Belated Birthday Pat. Then on Monday of next week we will see if the Easter Bunny left us anything. I predict, some very fun surprises for that day!
MONDAY 4-3-23 Strength WOD: Bench Press (3x5) then: AMRAP in 5:00 30 Double Unders 5 Power Cleans (moderate) TUESDAY 4-4-23 Pat's B-day WOD (3-11-59) For time: 20 reps of: Ring Rows, Sit-ups, Push-ups 11 Calorie Row 20 reps of: Pistols, DB Step-ups, DB Snatch 11 Calorie Row 20 reps of: Russian Lunges, MB Deadlift, MB Cleans 11 Calorie Row 20 reps of: Wall Balls, Stink Bugs, Slam Balls WEDNESDAY 4-5-23 Row or Bike 40:00 for distance THURSDAY 4-6-23 Strength WOD: Power Clean (5x3) then: 800 meter Run 50 Double Unders 500 meter Row FRIDAY 4-7-23 "Chelsea" EMOM for 30:00* 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats * When you can no longer complete the reps in the minute, continue as an AMRAP. Make note of how many minutes you did complete on time. SATURDAY 4-8-23 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
