We have some birthdays to celebrate this week, last week, next month. Don’t forget to give me a list of movements that you enjoy doing. Then I can birthdayfy it with appropriate numbers. Sometimes I even add some movements that I think will fit in. This is your chance to have some input for the wods we do. Take advantage of the opportunity.

I know most of you are here to be fit, not to compete, but the Open is a great way to play along with everyone else. We will all be doing the workouts anyway.
