Officially, the gym is closed on Labor Day. However, several of you have the day off and might like to come do something to workout. If you want a day off, sleep in and enjoy your restful day. If you would like to get a workout in on a day without any other obligations, sign up for the 8am class and we will have a fun group workout to start your holiday.

Then we have a farewell dinner planned for Dixie, at Wings Etc. in Jackson on Tuesday evening, after the 6pm class is over. We will try to be there as soon as we can at 7pm. Let me know if you haven’t told me already if you can be there so I can give the restaurant a heads up for that night. It is just a casual dinner. Many of us will be there directly after working out, so no party dresses needed.
