WODs for the week 6-13-22 to 6-18-22
This is going to be a suddenly HOT week. Take care of yourselves during the workouts. Use a wet blue rag to keep yourself cool, have water available, don’t push yourself too hard, work up to the intensity in the heat gradually. All things you know already but might forget in the moment. I have only included one running movement this week. Although I scheduled it for the coolest day, (Thursday) that day will still be 94 for the high temp.
The Hero WOD we will do on Thursday is the newest one. It is in honor of Eva Mireles, who was a teacher at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX. She was a CrossFitter and her gym has set up this WOD to be a fundraiser on the 18th of June, for the school where she worked. This is a partner WOD, so bring a friend to share the load.
