We are almost done with the Open. We have only tomorrow left to do or re-do the last WOD. Did you find yourself well prepared for the Open workouts? Were there new things you did, that you thought you couldn’t do? Were there things that you should have been practicing on so you could do them in this competition? Are there things you discovered that you could do, but need more practice on before next year? Competitions are not always the best workouts to improve fitness, but they are good tests. If you take away a list of things you want to be better at by the time the next Open rolls around, count this year as a success. Then make the effort to push yourself harder throughout this year, so that you will be better, stronger, fitter next year.
