WODs for the week 1-17-22 to 1-22-22
We are glad to be back home, mostly safe and sound. We were concerned about cancelled flights due to staff shortages and then weather, but neither caused any problems. We realized how much the altitude made a difference when we could ski down a mountain, but couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without gasping a little bit for air.
Thank you to everyone who worked together to keep the doors open so people could come and workout! I’m sorry some of you had to deal with Covid, but I’m grateful for those of you that stepped up to solve the problems each situation brought.
