WODs for the week 12-13-21 to 12-18-21
We had a wonderful Christmas party last night. Thank you to everyone who came, brought food to share and stayed to play some amazing games. It’s always great to meet other people that come to the gym all the time, just at a different time than yours. This week we will enjoy the gifts of “the 12 Days of Christmas your trainer gives to you”. It’s always fun to sing to all of you while you work.
Next week our schedule might be a little different as my family comes in. I might ask some of you to open the gym for me. We will for sure close the gym early on Friday the 24th. We will have morning classes only on that day. Then we will be closed all day on Christmas. Enjoy your rest times.
