Nothing like a stressful week turning into a very stressful weekend. Next week should improve but it’s not over yet. As many of you know, my granddaughter, Devon is in the hospital with pneumonia. She is doing better, but is still expected to stay for a few more days. Thank you to everyone who prayed for her and our family. Now that I’ve eaten most of the Halloween candy, I’m fine. Not a good example of how to deal with stress! But I did manage to figure out a birthday WOD to celebrate with you this week. It’ll be fun, (I think).
