WODs for the week 10-25-21 to 10-30-21
I am trying to take advantage of nice days to run outside for as long as the nice weather lasts. Some of you might not be thrilled with that news, but it’s better than running in the rain, right?
For the rest of the week we have some skills to work on, some heavy lifting challenges and a fun WOD.
MONDAY 10-25-21 "Nancy" 5 Rounds for time: 400 meter Run 15 Overhead Squats (95,65) TUESDAY 10-26-21 Strength WOD: Power Clean (5x3) then: "A Hunter's WOD" 2 Rounds for time: 16 Sledge Hammers 3 Tire Flips 50' Walking Lunges 10 Sand Bag Cleans 200 meter Walk with Sand Bag WEDNESDAY 10-27-21 "Bear Complex" 7-7-7-7-7 Power Clean Front Squat Push Press Back Squat Behind the neck Push Press = 1 Bear Complex Complete 7 reps without resting the weight on the floor. THURSDAY 10-28-21 Strength WOD: Back Squat (3x5) then: For time: 3 minute Handstand Hold 100 Squats 200' Bear Crawl 100 Squats 30 Handstand Push-ups FRIDAY 10-29-21 AMRAP in 15:00 20 Med Ball Cleans 10 Wall Balls 20 KB Swings 10 Burpees SATURDAY 10-30-21 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
