This week is going to be a more normal week. There is one day for Running and one day for Rowing. Not too much of either one. In the next couple of weeks we will also include a Hunter’s WOD. David is helping out with that one. Just wait, it should be fun.
MONDAY 10-18-21 "Cindy" AMRAP in 20:00 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats TUESDAY 10-19-21 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press (3x5) then: For time: 60 Toes-2-Bar* * Do 6 Burpees at the beginning of each minute WEDNESDAY 10-20-21 5 Rounds for time: 20 GHD Sit-ups 400 meter Run THURSDAY 10-21-21 Strength WOD: Deadlift (3x5) then: EMOM for 10:00 10 Alternating DB Snatch then: AMRAP Box Overs in remaining time (24,20) When you reach 100 Box Overs, you are done. FRIDAY 10-22-21 For time: 500 meter Row 25 Pull-ups 25 Push Press 400 meter Row 20 Pull-ups 20 Push Press 300 meter Row 15 Pull-ups 15 Push Press 200 meter Row 10 Pull-ups 10 Push Press 100 meter Row 5 Pull-ups 5 Push Press SATURDAY 10-23-21 Open Gym at 8am and 9am
