It is officially summer and the heat is real. We will still be running outside, but I will try to pick the best days to do that. If you feel overheated at any time, slow down, drink water and maybe go sit in front of a fan. As you continue to workout in the environment in which you live, the better you can “live” in your environment. We are adaptable beings, we can tolerate heat and cold as we get used to it gradually. Be self aware and keep yourself safe and healthy.
