It is soon to be summer and I for one am happy for it. School will be out and schedules may lighten up. There may be more outside activities for kids and families. We can start running outside, wait is that a good thing? Of course it is! I am going to plan our 5K soon, but not this week. Get ready for it by running for your warm-ups a little more often. Maybe next week, maybe after Memorial Day? Which will be on May 31 this year and as usual the gym will be closed. We will celebrate with a special WOD or two the next week.

Open Gym at 8am and 9am
Yoga at 9am
