WODs for the week 4-5-21 to 4-10-21
For those of us that were at the gym on Friday it was nice to have a relaxing WOD rather than another Open competition. We wore our bunny ears, thanks to Barbie, pulled out exercises from the hopper, very appropriate for Easter and worked hard while having fun. I hope that’s always the case. We should work hard while having fun!
MONDAY 4-5-21 For time: 800 meter Run then: 3 Rounds of: 25 Squats 10 Stink Bugs 25 Sit-ups then: 800 meter Run TUESDAY 4-6-21 Strength WOD: Deadlift (heavy 3x5) then: AMRAP in 15:00 1 Rope Climb 15 Push-ups 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls WEDNESDAY 4-7-21 (Strength WOD: Deadlift) "Lynne" 5 Rounds for max reps: Bench Press (BW) Pull-ups THURSDAY 4-8-21 4 Rounds for time: 10 Box Jumps 10 GHD Sit-ups 10 Cal Row 10 Push Press FRIDAY 4-9-21 For time: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Double Unders DB Cleans Wall Balls SATURDAY 4-10-21 Open Gym at 8am and 9am Yoga at 9am
