WODs for the week 1-25-21 to 1-30-21
David and I are both signed up for the Open! Registration is open already and this is the link. https://games.crossfit.com/open It starts on March 11 and is over on March 29. This is a short one this year. There are also options to do body weight movements. This means everyone can do this! I would love to have every one of you sign up! It does cost $21.65 to register, but it is always fun.
This week I will be gone Thursday and Friday. Hopefully things will run almost as smoothly without me. But you better say you missed me anyway.
