WODs for the week 10-26-20 to 10-31-20
Now that our virtual Tough Mudder is over, (we think, it’s a little unclear), we are going to be looking at the CrossFit Games final stage going on this weekend. It has been a full year since the 2020 Games Open Competition was held. I have taken some of those workouts and modified them for us. The one I am not adapting is the 5K trail run that when the athletes got to the finish line, the judges said go around again! We might rebel and refuse. I sure would! We can have fun sharing in some of the other WODs they did.
