WODs for the week 6-1-20 to 6-6-20
We are open for business at the gym! Bring your equipment back to check in, disinfect and put away before your class. Don’t forget, for a while our classes will be limited to 6 people. Sign up to make sure you have a spot. Yoga will be available at 5 pm on Tuesday and 9 am on Saturday. Let someone know you will be attending, but don’t sign up for a class time for Yoga yet.
We are also going to try a new system for our strength WODs. There won’t be much difference in what we do, but a few changes may make our lifting enough different that we can possibly make more progress.
MONDAY 6-1-20 5 Rounds for time: 400 meter Run 50 Squats 15 Ring Rows TUESDAY 6-2-20 Strength WOD: Power Clean then: 5 Rounds for reps: 1:00 DB/KB Deadlift 1:00 Push-ups WEDNESDAY 6-3-20 AMRAP in 12:00 20 Wall Balls 20 Pistols 20 KB Swings THURSDAY 6-4-20 Strength WOD: Shoulder Press then: AMRAP in 15:00 30 Double Unders 20 Jumping Lunges 10 Pull-ups FRIDAY 6-5-20 For time: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Med Ball Cleans Push-ups SATURDAY 6-6-20 Open Gym Classes at 8 am or 9 am Sign up for one or the other
Grandma workout, Monday, June 1st: one hour stroller walk, 250 squat/swing pushes—one squat per swing push. Not for time:/
