Partner WOD with Wall for time:
2 Rounds of:
16 Side Planks with back to the wall – tap wall above and below for 1
rep, do 8 on each side
12 Low Planks (on elbows) tap wall in front of you, alternate hands
then:
3 Rounds of:
30 second Wall Sit
16 Pistols – 8 each side, alternate legs
12 Squats with Wall Touches on each side at the top of the Squat
24 Reverse Lunges with Knee Drive – touch wall with opposite hand as knee
do 12 on each leg
24 Lateral Lunges away from wall with knee drive – touch wall with
same hand as knee do 12 on each leg
