7 Jump Squats with or without weight
5 Burpees
*Try to make your work time about 30 seconds so you have 30 seconds to rest. Scale the weight if necessary, I did, as you will see in the demonstration video!

Report your completion and what weight you used. We will do a live video workout at 5:00 pm on Tuesday if you want to do it with us.

Laura AM is going to post a link for you to download the wod timer that is easy to use for lots of intervals. If you don’t follow along with our timer, you can use that one easily.

    So I did a modified version of the EMOM. I did the warm up with the rocks, bugs and dogs first.
    I did about7 minutes of the 7 squats and 5 burpees, With about 7 rounds.Obviously Not my best but doing something and need to do a little more each day.

    Done! I did 7 jumping squats with a 10 lb plate and 3 burpees for round. Stayed consistently at 33 seconds of work. Old lady burpees too:/
