The Open for 2020 has begun. You have Monday to do it, or do it again if you’re crazy enough. Either way, be sure to submit your score before 7 pm on Monday. There are no exceptions for late entries. Don’t wait until the last minute and hope that the CrossFit site won’t go down because of all the traffic on it at that time.

For this week, it’s always a guess which wods to program that won’t be similar to the next Open WOD. So I have used some of our odd equipment. Maybe they won’t have that! We also have a birthday to celebrate for Jen. We had to wait for her to come back from a trip. We certainly don’t want to celebrate without the birthday person!
