Easter is coming! That means Easter Egg WODs, warm-ups and maybe hunts! All can be fun! I’m thinking warm-ups this week, hunts on Saturday and a WOD on Monday. On Friday of this week we will only have the morning classes and the 4pm class in the afternoon. The 5pm and 6pm classes will be cancelled due to Good Friday services.

20 Walking Lunges
30 Wall Balls (20,14)
40 Double Unders

THURSDAY 4-18-19
Strength WOD: Deadlift
then:
5 Rounds of:
30 KB Swings in 1:00*
1:00 Rest
on the 5th round do AMRAP in 1:00
* if you don’t get 30 reps in the minute do a penalty of 15 Burpees/round missed at the end of the wod
