WODs for the week 3-25-19 to 3-30-19
How many people are ready for the Open to be over? Just in case you are sad about it being completed, there is another one in October, so just wait a little bit and it will be back. This is the year they are changing the Open from February to October, so this year there will be TWO! The one in October of this year will be for the 2020 games.
I promised to not program any Thrusters for this week. I am also holding off on Pull-ups for this week too. Hopefully, we can recover fully before we have to repeat either of these movements. Don’t forget to let me know of any birthdays that need celebrating. You can request anything you like, or want to work on. Or I can pick things for you. Ask Lance how he liked his WOD.
