WODs for the week 2-18-19 to 2-23-19
Has everyone signed up for the Open? The first WOD will be announced on Thursday night at 7pm. We will do this WOD on Friday. If you are signed up, you will be judged and can post your score. Then you can follow your progress on the leaderboard. You can see your progress overall from last year. It’s supposed to be fun. Whether or not you sign up you will be doing each of these WODs! You may as well just sign up.
We might be gaining a new gym member tonight. We are waiting at the hospital now.
MONDAY 2-18-19 Strength WOD: Back Squat then: AMRAP in 14:00 25 Wall Balls (20,14) 14 Russian Lunges with Med Ball 5 Bar Muscle-ups TUESDAY 2-19-19 3 Rounds for time: 35 Double Unders 5 Tire Flips 10 Push-ups with feet on the tire 20 Sledge Hammers WEDNESDAY 2-20-19 5 Rounds for time: 5 Glute Ham Raises 10 Med Ball Cleans (20,14) 15 Burpees THURSDAY 2-21-19 Strength WOD: Deadlift then: AMRAP in 12:00 10 1 arm Snatch alt (50,35) 10 Pistols 10 Box Jumps (24,20) increase reps by 2 each round (12,14,16,18...) FRIDAY 2-22-19 Open WOD “19.1” SATURDAY 2-23-19 Open Gym from 8-10am
