Wow, we had some hard wods last week! Thanks to all those who shared their birthdays with us, we all have some new sore muscles. But there were some fun carnival games too. Depending on how accurate you were in your throws, you had more or less reps to do for your prizes. I had to do a lot of Squats! We will want to collect more games to add to our repertoire and have fun with some more games again soon.
