We are almost to the end of the year. I know we have a few more birthdays and then we have to celebrate the 12 Days of Christmas sometime. So our fun WODs are not over. This week we have some perfect WODs for a “Share the Pain” week. If you have any friends who were thinking about joining us doing CrossFit, this would be the week to invite them to come for free! Invite your friends and they will have fun Sharing the Pain with friends they love!

Strength WOD: Shoulder Press
then:

5 Bar Muscle-ups
4 Squat Snatch (185,125)

FRIDAY 11-30-18
5 Rounds for time:
5 Tire Flips
10 Jump in/Jump out
15 Sledge Hammer OH Squat
20 Sledge Hammers

SATURDAY 12-1-18
Open Gym from 8 to 10 am
