No birthday wods this week, but we are doing an old wod we have done before, by request. It’s different for everyone, but fun for all of us. Don’t worry, we will have two more birthday wods next week. One of them is Dixie’s, beware! And the other is mine! This is the birthday I have been looking forward to for quite a while. I’ve got to come up with something especially fun!

The other fun thing we are going to do will be in November. I would like for as many of you as are willing to register for the Everyday Warrior Competition. This is an event held every November to support CrossFitters currently battling cancer. The money raised is given to those warriors to offset some of their medical expenses. For the rest of us it is a chance to do a wod and enter our scores on their leaderboard. We will be doing these wods anyway.
