WODs for the week 9-4-18 to 9-8-18
Reminder, the gym will be closed on Monday 9-3-18 for Labor Day. The rest of the week will be on our normal schedule.
There is a special WOD that we will be doing on Thursday for CrossFit Foundation and CrossFit for Kids. This was a workout that was done by most of the CrossFit community on Saturday 9-1-18 as a fundraiser. This is to support bringing CrossFit to kids who are at risk. Either learning and doing CrossFit in schools, or in clubs and gyms after school. There was a registration fee of $35 to do this WOD as a competition, be able to put your score on the leaderboard and receive a T-shirt. We will do this WOD knowing that the best thing our kids can learn to do is be active and make healthy choices in what they consume. How about that, it’s what’s best for adults too!
