As many of us are thankful that the Open is over, the elite athletes are doing more work in order to get ready for Regionals and then be at their peak performance level in August for the Games. I’m not one of those athletes this year, but I sure did some things this week that made me sore. Is anyone else sore? Whew! We will keep working and getting better, stronger and fitter for whatever life brings us whether we go to the Games or just live our lives.
