WODs for the week 1-16-17 to 1-21-17
Registration for the Open is now live! https://games.crossfit.com/ This is where you go to sign up. The cost is $20 to enter and see where you rank with all your peers in the world. If you don’t think you are the competitive type, enter and see where you rank this year. Then do it again next year and see if you came up in the ranks any. I’ll bet you anything you will improve! I signed up. David signed up. Follow our example and let’s have a blast! I also spent the last hour getting my judges certificate instead of posting these wods. I need someone to judge now, in order to use my new skills.

MONDAY 1-16-17 3 Rounds for time: "Team WOD" for 2 200' Sled Push/Pull (BW of both) 15 Push-ups/Planks (each) TUESDAY 1-17-17 Strength WOD: Deadlift 5 or more reps, one set then: Set timer for 15 minutes: Run 800 meters then, AMRAP for the remainder of the time: 10 Knees to Elbows 10 Burpees 10 Slam Balls WEDNESDAY 1-18-17 AMRAP in 20 minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24,20) 15 Goblet Squats (53,35) 20 Push Press (45,35) THURSDAY 1-19-17 5 Rounds for time: 10 Pull-ups 20 GHD Sit-ups 30 1-arm DB Walking Lunges (35,25) FRIDAY 1-20-17 "Lynne" 5 Rounds for max reps: Bench Press (BW) Pull-ups SATURDAY 1-21-17 Open Gym from 8 to 10am
